First I love YoWindow.

I had no problems with the previous versions but have some questions in this new one.

I have selected my location over and over and over and no matter what I do it asks me every time to select my location. Can you tell me what I might be doing wrong?
I have also selected 7 days to show and it will not show more than 3 days no matter what I do. I have selected 7 and applied and said ok a hundred times but it still won't work. I have also selected a different landscape but it will not keep it and every time it restarts it is back to the default picture.

Any suggestions or help are welcome.

Dear Cindy, it looks like YoWindow behaves unexpectedly on your system.
Can you help me to find out what exactly is going wrong?

I want you to run YoWindow in debug mode and send me the information it prints out in the console window.

- Go to YoWindow installation folder
It is either
"C:\Program Files\YoWindow"
OR on Windows 64 bit
"C:\Program Files (x86)\YoWindow"

- Run yowindow_debugMode.bat
This will launch YoWindow in diagnostic mode.

A new black window should open.
I will call it "console".
YoWindow prints diagnostic information inside console.


- Copy the contents of console window.
Here's how to do it.
- Click on the icon in the top-left corner of the black console window.
- A menu will appear
- Select Edit/Select All
- Press Enter on the keyboard
- Paste the text into email
