Arctic currents

So far YoWindow has always made very good weather, but what the Norwegians have predicted for some time, is already beyond good and evil
But maybe there is even a Berlin beyond the Arctic Circle, where these temperatures are applicable.
We here in Berlin in "good old Germany" have at least since about 14 days on a regular basis 6 - to 7 degrees Celsius more, than they admit.
