Weather Expired

Hey Par,
I just purchased your great software and have a little issue.
I left the software alone (left in the notification area) and when i come back to it, it says weather expired.
I have the latest WD build and Yowindow, I am using the "easy" technique when setting it up in WD via the setup menu.
I am using the "Hamilton" station in New Zealand.
I have the URL linked up correctly for the PWS override: http://wx-matangi.dyndns.org/Weather/WD ... window.xml

Best Regards

Tim G

Hey Tim!

Do you still have this problem?
I just have added New Zeland/Hamilton and it seems to update correctly.

Does F5 help?

I don't think Weather Display or the XML have any impact on auto-update functionality.

Thanks for buying YoWindow!

Yea I still get it :(
It works intermittently at times.
Sometimes pressing F5 Does the trick but sometime it wont work at all.

Hi there,
Just registered and paid my money.
Love this program, thoigh i am getting the same "Weather Expired" error.

using my website's PWS http://www.newchurchweather.co.uk/yowindow.xml as the source of the data.

I press f5 or enter and the message stays :(
Build 256

I use WD for the weather data.

Hey, Stuart!
This is most likely a METAR station problem.
Please tell me your location name/country and I will correct YoWindow to deliver the weather from another good METAR station.

Apologies for the delay.
I changed some settings and the expired msg has gone (i basically set everything to default).
But my metar is EGHI if you still wanted to know. I could have used EGHH instead (probably best if i did, taking into account prevailing winds etc...).

thanks for the quick replay, apologies for my lack of a quick reply!

Stuart
