CHANGING UNITS

I AM IN EUROPE AND THE ICON SHOWS A FAHRENHEIT TEMPERATURE. I LOOKED AT THE ANSWERS ON THE FORUM BUT IT MADE NO SENSE AS I CANNOT FIND 'PROGRAM' ON THE UPPER LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE PAGE- SO THEREFORE CANNOT ACCESS OPTIONS TO CHANGE THIS. PLEASE HELP.
