[FIXED] Try to remove check mark from NWS box

Hi Pasha,
I want to thank you for adding the NWS box for selecting yr.no versus NWS.
I have clicked on that box so many times today. Each time, I click on it to remove the check mark. I then click on Apply and then OK. I then press F5. USA locations remain with NWS. I then look at the options to see what NWS box looks like. It still has a check mark.
So for now, I am stuck with NWS on YoWindow 3.
