Select State Missing Drop Down Border

Hi Pasha,

If I add Saint Petersburg, Russia and then go to add Chicago, Illinois USA, I still get the following.

The dropdown border for Select State is missing until I hover over it. Once I hover over it, Select State displays as it should (dropdown border included).

This is a minor problem. I just thought I would let you know that it still exists.
