Hi Rem,

Did you have a look at the FAQ: http://yowindow.com/help.php#q11?
Besides that it's important that you have Microsoft Internet Explorer installed.

Hope this helps.

Hi Rem,

St. Catharines is working fine for me.
Do you experience the same on other locations not using CYSN, like for instance New York?
Did you change your Internet Security program and/or Firewall (settings)?

Hi,
Yes, I have family down East and those Metar is not working either - I can't think of anything different on my computer. Does yowindow have a tool to remove the program? when I uninstall, I might not be getting it all, than try to do a clean install to see if that works.
Thank you so much !!

Hi Rem,

You already tried a uninstall/install didn't you?
Can you disable Microsoft Security Essentials completely and see what happens?
You don't have more then one Security package running, do you?

Thanks,
Fred

Hi,
No just microsoft and supper anita spy ware that I have had for a long time, is there a removal tool for yo-window? I will try and disable microsoft but I think there might be a problem with the program itself - a corrupted file or something and I need to make sure that I remove eveything.
Thanks
Rem

Hi Fred,
Thank you for all your suggestions and because of that, I was able to fix Yo-window - the inner clock of my computer was off by 1 day and that was why yowindow was "weather expired"
thank you again
