Kastoria, Greece was added in this

yr.no has Kastoria categorized as an Administration Centre instead of an Administrative Division. I don't know what the difference is.

P.S1 Kastoria is no more an administrative division that's why i wrote it that way..
P.S2 YoWindow is great and Norwegian Meteorogical Institute is doing a fantastic job!
