you see that you can't request an administrative division, which you just did!
(Bajram Curri)
Besides that: Don't put anything before the ID and let the ID be followed by a semi-colon (;)
Please read it carefully and follow the instructions.

Well Shqip,

You haven't changed Bajram Curri, so that's still an administrative division.
Since you've read the instructions, you should know you can't add administrative divisions

Hello Fred, thank you for the other cites.
But, I'm sorry, why not Bajram Curri city? Do you know: The District of Tropojë (Albanian: Rrethi i Tropojës) is one of the thirty-six districts of Albania, part of Kukës County. It has a population of 16,260 (2010 estimate), and an area of 1,043 km². It is in the north of the country, and its capital is Bajram Curri. Now, I think YR.NO have a wrong database for Bajram Curri "city" and "municipality" because Bashkia e Bajram Curri, it means in albanian "Muncipality of Bajram Curri" it doesn't make sens, like in this link: http://www.yr.no/soek/soek.aspx?sted=bajram+curri ...so Bajram Curri is a capital city of Tropoje district and not a "district" administrative division like Tropoje... here the other link; http://www.yr.no/soek/soek.aspx?sted=tropoje
Maybe is hard for you to understand...
