No Snow - Building Snowman

Hi Pasha,
I found a minor problem with YoWindow Chrome and YoWidget 3. I tried Desktop and it was ok.
This was occurring on Village in Logan, Ohio and Vienna, Austria. The maxium for the day is removing the snow, but the building of the snowman remains.
I hope this is an easy fix.
