I can't get any locations to show up in the list. I followed the instructions on one of the site pages:
1. Clear IE cache (I also cleared the Firefox cache to be sure)
2. Refreshed the locations database
3. Closed and then restarted Yoweather

Any ideas?

Hi, sorry about that, however, I receive such a report for the first time.

That might be a network error.
Do you still experience this problem?
Have you installed the latest build of YoWindow.
What's your operating system?
