screensaver goes black / OS X 10.6.8

I just downloaded the Mac version of the screensaver and when I clicked on Desktop & Screensaver Options in System Preferences to see how to adjust the app, my screen went black. The only thing I could do to see anything on my monitor was to physically reboot my Mac Pro.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Details: I'm in SE Australia, running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 on a Mac Pro 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon with 7 GB of RAM.

Hey, Aussie!

This is bad news.

I need as many details about the problem as possible.
I need a clue to the problem to locate and fix it inside YoWindow source code.
Otherwise it is very hard or almost impossible to do.

I'm also on Snow Leopard, Mac Book Pro, but I cannot reproduce the problem.

1. Can you repeat this black out all the time or is it just happened one time?
2. Can you run YoWindow application successfully?
3. Have you tried (I'm sure you did, just asking) to switch to any other application on Mac after screen saver went black?
Try 4-finger up gesture on track-pad.

Any other details are very welcome.

The Chrome extension works but the app looks black just like the screensaver:

I uninstalled the screensaver, so I can't repeat the problem. Sorry.
