I live in central Georgia USA, we basically have five (5) weather changes:

Spring 03/20
Summer 06/20
Autumn 09/22
Naked 11/22
Winter 12/21

How do I change the settings to reflect these seasons?

As of now, I do not show any Winter setting.

You can't change this yourself.

Where have you posted the "seasons map"?

This can be found under Location/Location Properties.
If it hasn't changed, please try Program/Options/Advanced/Refresh Locations data base.
