Yes, it's possible.

Just make a new post in the "Add location"-part of the forum and ask to "add location Mogadouro, geonames-ID 2737599 to YoWindow".

All you have to do after Pavel has added your location (wait for a positive reply), is to update the parameter of the sourcecode with which you integrate YoWindow in your blog to use the geonames-id 2737599.

Parameter is:
location_id=gn:2737599
for Mogadouro
