OK, it looks we are done with YoWindow 3 online.

Let's move one step forward.
Today we are opening YoWindow 3 widget for testing.

You can even update the widget on your page right now.
But be careful, since the widget is not ready officially.

The file-size of the new widget is a little bigger.
old widget: 815K
new widget: 826K
16K more
This is the price we had to pay to move to the new Flash technology (Action Script 3)

I expect all flashvars and JavaScript API functions to work.
Please comment on this post to report errors or missing features.

I installed the new widget and it is working fine except it doesn't seem to be picking up the cloud conditions correctly when current conditions are from my PWS. You can see this at http://jcweather.us/yrno.php where the top one is using my xml (cloud icon is N/A) and the bottom one is using the default current conditions.

Hi Pasha,

I tried YoWindow Widget 3.0 next to 2.0 on Mount Washington. Widget 2.0 shows a Winter landscape and Widget 3.0 shows an Autumn landscape.
I just thought you would like to see the difference between the two.

Jim, I think I have fixed the problem with missing cloud conditions from PWS.

Marty, I was not able reproduce the error with Autumn in Mountain Washington.
I always get Winter in Widget 3.
If you to notice this again, please clean browser cache and reload page to make sure you are watching the latest
version of the widget.

Thank you, the clouds icon is there again. Now I can remove that second instance from the page so people don't get confused.
