Chrome: Winter Neon Evergreens

Hi Pasha,

While tracking down locations to watch Smoke Cloud, I noticed two other issues. I think these are purely cosmetic issues but I still wanted to mention them.

Sorry, I do not have a screenshot for this one. On Friday night, Mount Washington showed a Clear Icon on the Widget, Desktop, and Chrome. On all 3, Visibility was missing from the Metar. The Widget and the Desktop showed a clear sky with stars. Chrome showed a foggy sky.

I have also been using Amundsen-Scott South Pole, Antarctica to watch the Smoke Cloud. On your first time into Chrome switch locations to Amundsen-Scott and the evergreens to the right of the house along with the fence will light up as if they were neon lights. After a few seconds, the Neon Lights will turn off.

Just some more things to put on your Chrome list of to-dos.

Hey, Marty!

Unfortunately I was not able to repeat the case with non-provided visibility, so this problem is still on hold.

However, I have easily reproduced the problem with the evergreens and I think I have managed to fix it, see the latest build.
