Balloons

I'm sorry and embarrassed to be asking such a silly question, but I forget how to get the balloons. I know it was a key or 2 and the B but I've tried and I've searched the forum but could not find the answer. Thank you for the help. Much appreciated.

type Ctrl-B and you get 1 ballon, type in "fiesta" and you get a bunch of ballons after a few seconds.
