System tray temperature

Hello!
I have noticed that the system tray temperature disappear within 1-2 hours with the latest version. I had RC448 before which has the old tray popup and there weren't any problem with it. I tried to set that it is "Always show", but next time when I start the computer it is "Hide when inactive" again.
I run Windows XP SP2 and the problem occurred only with the new tray popup.
Did anyone experience this problem? Any solutions?
Thank you for the answer in advance.
Adrian

Hi Adrian,
I don't experience this.

What do you mean by this?
Are you talking about an option?
If so, which one?
Thanks,
Fred

I believe Adrian is talking about how you can set the behavior of the icons in the system tray, whether they always show or not when you have "Hide Inactive Icons" set and then customize. This has always been a problem for me with XP and I don't think there's much that can be done about it. Settings are never remembered for me following a re-boot so I've pretty much given up on it. With a little Google you'll find a lot of problems with system tray icons in XP. I do not think that this is a YoWindow problem.

Thanks Jim,
Forgive me my ignorance, but there no such option within YoWindow, is there?

Hi Fred,
Jim and Adrian talking about the option of the taskbar (system tray) of Win XP. Here you can choose between "show all" and " hide inactive icons".

Thanks Werner!
I don't have my XP machine with me for the next week and obviously never tried this option, so I got a bit confused.
I'll have a look when I get back home.

Hi all,
Yes, I think of the behaviour of the system tray icons. Sorry for the inaccuracy.
Thank you for the answers. I asked you the question because when I set the behaviour for other elements in system tray, XP remember it at system restart, for YoWindow with old tray popup too, but with new tray popup it doesn't.
That's why I have thought that the problem is in connection with new tray popup.

Hi Marty,
I have experienced the problem with RC496-497, before I used RC448 which has the old tray popup.

Hi Adrian,
Will you try this prior version of YoWindow? Let us know if you have the problem with the System tray temperature with this version.
The above version has the new pop-up in it. It is also before a change that was made in RC 494. RC 494 and forward has another known issue that is being worked on.
Let us know whether this works or not.
Thank you,
Marty
