Always Clear & Sunny...no Pressure

My display is always showing clear and sunny and no Pressure. It has been raining all morning. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, but the results have not changed. I am using XP on a PC and am using YoWindow 2.0 Build 494 in Victoria BC Canada.
The Pressure is in red letters. The small window with the live weather shows cloud and rain, but not the main landscape. This is not what I expected, and before I buy, I want to have it working correctly. What is wrong?

Hi Steve,
As far as I can see the Metar station that's being used right now (CWLM) doesn't provide the data you need.
Pasha,
Can you check out if Victoria Int. Airport (CYYJ) is a better option?
I've typed it in manually, but it's giving me the same results.
NWS however is giving much more data.

Hi Pasha,
There are 4 Metar stations in the Victoria area. CWLM, CWKH, and CWVV have been showing wall-to-wall sunshine all day. CYYJ has been showing storm clouds all day.
The Victoria Radar is showing light rain all over the area.

Yes, Victoria Airport is the best choice!
There are many unreliable METAR stations in this region.
I just have removed 3 of them.
The problem is solved.
