Hello, I live in Lithuania, Klaipeda and now, at 15:10 we have huge rain and yo window shows that it's only partially cloudy.

It's not necessarily a bug from or within YoWindow.

It only means that the METAR-station which is used for Klaipeda (which is EYPA and is located 23km from Klaipeda as you can see from the location properties from wihtin YoWindow) is reporting the "partially cloudy" status.

Usually METAR-stations update their report once a hour as far as i know, so YoWindow can be a little bit behind the real weather at the METAR-station.

But even if YoWindow would have been reported the weather from the METAR-station in real-time it's most likely that it's different because of the distance of 23km.

Besides what Ikarus just wrote there is nothing much to do about this, I'm afraid.
There are very few METAR stations in Lithuania and Palanga Intl Airport is the closest to Klaipeda I'm afraid.
So every now and then it won't be exactly accurate.
