Problems with the page http://it.yowindow.com/weather.php

Good morning, I don't know if this is the right topic, I've seen that the page isn't working well these days:
http://it.yowindow.com/weather.php#loca ... &us=metric
it opens but doesn't load the flashplayer.
Normally I can make it work well both on Windows XP, using an old flash driver with Firefox and Google Portable, and on Windows 10 with Basilisk Portable with integrated Flash Player.
Could you please fix the page?
