I noticed if I left click on the system tray icon to bring up YoWindow it sometimes takes a couple of minutes to actually start working properly (the screen is greyed out, but YoWindow is visible) or it just freezes & I have to restart the program. I can right click on the system tray icon & choose 'Open YoWindow" & it works every time without issue.

Core2 Duo 3Ghz
XP 32-bit
3GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 5450


Also Does it on the following:

Intel i5 2.5 GHz
8GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 6370
Win7 HomePremium 64-bit

Nope, I actually haven't had it do that, the tooltip seems to work OK every time whether or not the main YoWindow does. Dunno, maybe ATI related issue, both PC's I think have the latest drivers, but I'll check.

Ok,

For me personally, I kinda experience the same when my PC is 'busy', e.g. when my virusprotector is updating.
Never bothered me that much though.

2 minutes is way to much.
I have never seen this.
And I have no idea why is there a difference between click and menu selection.
Sorry, I hope to stumble upon this problem myself.
