If you read http://site2.yowindow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=13 carefully you will see that your request can not be performed.
You have asked for an adminstrative division to be add, which can't be done.
You can however look more closely and ask for:
2805396; Wyk auf Föhr/Germany
