I've been noticing that the weather does not dynamically update while scrolling for the first 3-hours (regardless of when I open the APP).

Also, I am interested in becoming a Beta Tester (if you need additional testers). iPad and iPhone user. This is my favorite weather APP.

The iOS weather app appears to be updating its data slowly during the first several hours of scrolling. Users that depend on the most recent weather information may find this delay inconvenient.
