2.10.1 Fast Radar

What's new?
- Radar maps are loaded very fast.
- FIXED: Radar for Turkey doesn't work.
- When Radar trial period expires, one can still use Radar after watching a short video ad.
- Location search in widget. When creating a widget you can search for any location now.
- Sun-glow adjusted.
- ATTENTION: Android 4.1 minimum.
All the new builds since this one will only be able to run on Android 4.1 and later.
