2.7.6 .apk size reduced from 40 MB to 25 MB

What's new?
- Animated landscapes are NOT included in .apk.
These landscapes are loaded from our server now.
That made possible to reduce the .apk size significantly.
Village is still deployed with the app.
The new users must see this landscape no matter what.
This is a major change. The chance of an error is high.
Let me know of any problems with animated landscapes in this build.

- When Foreca selected as current provider, weather forecast from Foreca offered.
- Landscape drawer design updated. Animated landscapes displayed in two horizontal rows.
- Landscapes imported from disk reside in cache now.
- UV index hint switch added to Weather Settings.
