weather expired message

I am seeing weather expired displayed with a yellow triangle. What does this mean. Pavel has screen shots I sent him. We are curious if anyone else is seeing this and what ,if anything does one do about it. We tried re installing older versions and it made no difference. I even re did flash to make sure it was OK.I saw someone else has this issue- I am in Cincinnati, Ohio zip 45215 -version xp media center and IE7.before I tried everything that you suggested to another forum member before I posted. This was not present in the Jan version when I bought the program . I appreciated Pavel's immediate response to me, at his suggestion I joined the forum. Thank you for yo window, I like it, perhaps it can be solved, if you need other info from me let me know.
