I'll have a look at it: Esperance is using the Metar-Station YPKG in YoWindow which is located in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, which is ~380km away.
So for me it's no surprise that the weather is very inaccurate.
I search for an airport near Esperance.
Found it at: ahhh, Esperance has its own airport: Esperance airport, with the ICAO-code YESP (according to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esperance_Airport)
Pavel, please can you change the METAR-code for Esperance, Australia from YPKG to YESP?
