2.5.12 Release Candidate

We are going to release this build on Google Play unless a major flaw found.
- FIXED: text is too small on Android TV and some phones.
- A couple of rare crashes fixed.

4.0.4 Kyocera Hydro
4.0.4 Kyocera Rise
4.1.1 NextBook
4.1.2 Lenovo
4.4.4 Samsung Prevail
5.0 ASUS MeMO pad
6.0.1 Samsung J3
all ran with no crashes.
6.0.1 Xiaomi Mi Box
ran with no crashes.
The only issue that I found is on the ASUS Memo Pad and Lenovo tablets.
They are displaying the phone inspector panel.
Need to display the tablet inspector panel.
