yowinow not working right

i have purchased thie program twice the last time on 10/30/2017 posted to my debit card as 9.98 card numer 8982 paypal youwindow. I will not take my code numbers syas incorrect, so would y ou please send me my license code to here or my email 1943rttrucker@gmail.com. It would sure be appreciate I tried to get support but it says that they can not find it
