Moderators highlighting

I have altered the board configuration to highlight the name of the Moderators in green color (this is the defaults for phpBB).
This option were requestsed for by Fred (FvE).
Finally I have found time to take care of this.
I hope here will be no objections.
If you don't like it will revert this move back.
