First, say "Hello" or something similar. It's your first post here. Behind the possible answers to your question there are no automatically answering machines but living people who deserve a minimum of politeness.

regarding updating: have you already tried to press F5 (Update weather information)?:

regarding "no temperature on task bar": have you already tried to use the forums search-function? There are several posts for this question.

Once again: please give
more information
- Have you searched the forum (with which search terms)?
- What's the version of YoWindow you are using?
- What's the version of Windows you are using? (XP, Vista, 7, ...)
- What else have you done / tried by yourself so far to solve your problem
- Where's the bug? Maybe you are using an old version. Maybe you use the limited version and haven't pressed F5. So for me it's a question and i moved this topic to the "Questions"-subforum
- ...
Can you follow me if, reading your post, i must come to the conclusion: this user has put (almost) no effort at all neither into solving his problem by himself nor into describing it (so that others don't have to ask for more info).
So why should anyone else?
I'm getting tired in answering such posts. If someone is looking for help, please invest some time to describe your problem exhaustive.

Couldn't agree more.

HELLO! Hola! Greetings! (I didn't know that was required. This is my first time in a forum.)
more information
* Have you searched the forum (with which search terms)? --> Don't know how
* What's the version of YoWindow you are using? --> 2.0 build 429
* What's the version of Windows you are using? (XP, Vista, 7, ...) --> XP
* What else have you done / tried by yourself so far to solve your problem --> F5, don't know what else to do
* Where's the bug? Maybe you are using an old version. Maybe you use the limited version and haven't pressed F5. So for me it's a question and i moved this topic to the "Questions"-subforum --> I don't know that it is a bug, it just stopped working.
So be angry all you want. I can take it.
I don't know how to search a forum or a subforum.
I had a hard time getting back to this page, not sure how I got here.
I would hope that someone would send me an email if they have information for me.
Thanks,
Yancey

Hi Yancey,
I still need to know what your location is so I can try it out on my computer.
We are now on Release Candidate Build 432. There were problems with Build 430 and 431. Go up to the top left to Fresh YoWindow RC (Unstable) and click on this. You will get to a page where you can download the latest Build.
See if RC 432 clears up your problem. And I still need your location so I can test it.
Marty

That's the usual behavior. Being new anywhere it is a good idea to say "Hello"

Hard time. Haha. What about looking at the program you are using (in case you do not know what i mean: YoWindow), navigating to the "Help"-menu and take the item "Visit our forum"?

I see you have absolutely no idea what i am talking about...

Hello .... HI
Being polite you should learn out of the forum ....BUT it is up to you.
Meanwhile you do find out the program, the forum, why not the answer to your problem ?
Think about it . Read a lot on the forum, take time to listen and learn, BE PATIENT and BE HAPPY
Bye

Hi Yancey,
The METAR station at Needles, California is presently out of commission. Until it is fixed, I want you to do the following -
Select Mohave Valley for YoWindow display.
Click on Location.
Click on Location Properties.
Change KEED to KIFP
Click OK.

- mohave valley.JPG (64.84 KiB) Viewed 8170 times
You should now have display of Mohave Valley with temperature report coming from Bullhead City, Arizona instead of Needles, California.
Your temperature will be from Bullhead City and your forecast will be for Mohave Valley.
That is all we can do as KEED is not working.
