2.3.1 Help system

Every day we receive 20 to 40 emails with typical problem reports.
When the weather is wrong or incorrect location detected.
New help system helps the users to resolve the common issues.
The users have the solution instantly.
We don't have to answer the same questions over and over again.
Go to "menu/Problem?" to play with the help.
As you may know, English is not my native language.
I'm not sure if I put all the words of help right.
Please let me know if some words or sentences sound wrong or unnatural.
Also .apk size reduced and we have a new app icon.
