Weather Update Error

Once again I'm getting *Update Error* when opening the program and also when Performing Weather update (F5). Also Ctrl+Q and clearing Cashe does nothing to fix the problem. This is happening to all Countries/Cities

We are moving Windows version to the new server. Unfortunately the process is not smooth.
I'm sorry, I hope we to solve these problems soon.
