Scott Base, Antarctica 8-)
Geonames-ID: 6620787
I couldn't find Antarctica on the countries list, maybe it is listed under a different country.
Here's hoping.
Great New Year to all and to YoWindow

Hi Tony and Pavel,
I tried Scott Base, Antarctica and it shows the weather for Christchurch, New Zealand. Give this location a try instead.

6299995 ; Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station/Antarctica

The METAR station is NZSP. I entered it manually and seems to work.

Thanks Pavel and Don.
Yes NZSP seems to work.
40 degees C warmer here than where my friend is working and we are both in summer! ;)

Tony,
I found a METAR station that is only a couple of miles from Scott Base: NZPG
It is located at Pegasus Field/McMurdo Station.

Pavel,
Is possible to make YoWindow realize that this station is much closer to Scott Base than Christchurch, New Zealand :?:

Once more Don and Pavel, thank you. I realised that NZSP was not quite correct when I received a message from Scott Base saying they had -5 degrees C, not -20 degrees. NZPG seems to work much better. Once more, great application and very helpful people. They are still 25 degrees colder than here :D

Tony (and anyone else who is interested in Antarctic weather),
There is a personal weather station at Scott Base that you can access via the Weather Underground.
