updating weather

For the past few days I have had difficulty with updating weather. I downloaded the latest RC88, still had the problem. I have done the refresh and the f5 as suggested in another post. It just seems to get stuck. Any suggestions? By the way, I love the town!!!

They did ? i'm still getting the update error message. Is there something to do to make it work ?
