Pasha,

A user noted on the WD forum that his snow level was displaying incorrectly so I checked and mine is too. With the following in the XML

<snow rate="0" level="27.9" unit="cm"/>

YoWindow displays 1.1" rather than the approx 11" that it should.

Thanks for reporting, definetly a bug.
Will be fixed in the upcoming RC.

Please disregard this, it didn't have to do with the unit conversion but rather the way I had it formatted in the xml. I will fix the php script
