Hi Pasha,

In all of the screen shots that I have supplied,
the children are outside after 21:00 or 9:00 PM.

9:00 PM used to be a curfew when children had to be inside their family home.
Children were not supposed to be outside after the 9:00 curfew.

Sorry for the abbreviation of Out after Curfew.
