Not a bug in Yo but latest flash player 20. I have successfully downgraded to Flash 19 from here.

Set the option Ask me..... in Control Panel\Flash Settings Manager otherwise 20 will come back

The problem is caused by Windows 10 DEP - Data Execution Prevention and it happened after the latest update to Internet Explorer. Here is what I found and so far it is working. The tutorial is for Windows 8 but it works perfectly in Windows 10. I have changed my DEP setting and added Yo Windows to the exception list. Hope this helps.
