What's new?
- FIXED: snowman is placed at the wrong z order.
- Garlands added to all seasons of Town.
- A number of crashes fixed.

After uninstalling b64 and install b65
Town is looking perfect.

Hi Pasha,
I did a quick test.
Valley and Town show decorations any season that is Christmas.
Village shows decorations for winter and naked.
Oriental shows decorations for winter only.
Airport has no decorations.
I will do more testing later.

I think we are going to release this build anyway.
We will add decorations to the other landscapes/seasons some day.
