Broadcasting to Facebook

I'm having trouble broadcasting my weather to Facebook. any suggesting would be helpful! In the past it worked well. But then I deleted my yowindow albums on facebook because I had so many! wanted to start over with new fresh yowindow photos of my weather from Long Beach...but found it would not broadcast. I have windows 8 on desktop. any suggestions would be helpful.
