1.9.5 - Optimising memory

What's new?
The recent builds of YoWindow were consuming unnecessary amount of memory.
That might be the reason for wallpaper crashing eg.
I took a day to optimise memory consumption.
- An option to make Wallpaper fixed and entered.
- Accelerometer sensitivity increased 2 times to make parallax animation smooth.
- FIXED: an empty day tile is left empty in Forecast Panel occasionally.
- FIXED: a lantern is displayed in the top left corner
