different questions

good morning I have several questions to ask:
1- to add new locations, I did a few days ago in a section of the forum is not if it's right or not .... or whether to use the usual method ....
2- I have a weather station connected to weather underground and I have thought about this year connect two in different locations, I can I add them to window? I can do as I am very new in this?
3- can be added for Spain data accumulated snow precipitation rate and using weather underground?
4- this point I know is PC window, but soon will be the choice for Windows 7 weather underground as climate provider?
5- I installed several family members in the Android application, they are not much given to buy applications. poderles no way I buy payment application through Google Play Account?
6- I have installed on my TV Chromecast but when Dadydream is activated does not appear on my TV, can be made compatible window and I Chromecast?
