What's new?

- Unit system UI updated.
- Wind speed displayed with text.
- Pressure level control.
- Default pressure elevation is sea level, except Russia.
- FIXED: open Sky landscape, switch to any other landscape, then back to Sky - the screen is black.

i am using the free. and beta testing what was given to beta test (1.13.1). i presume that is full since there are no ads.

i have both running at same time sometimes. though it is an issue that checking on the beta version wipes out the city data in free. so i have to reload the 12 cities again. also i started beta and it started like it was new entry again. should that happen ?

=================================================
prior. report:

everything looks o.k. that you said to test.

i tried my own picture. it darkened, lightened , and rained but there was no lightning (even simulated flash of screen). this probably is programmed lightning in views but for pictures maybe flash of a white streak on a random overlay would work.

about copyright still has max year of 2014. also does not show version number.

does the beta AND the normal version both use the same data area ... my cities on my normal one got reset and it acts like i just installed it ... i like to compare old and new versions. upsetting to say the least ! i had 8 cities i have to put back in.

one thing id like to see is another way to change city viewed. maybe a double or triple tap on either side to change to next town on that side. or tap on an arrow which is on the sides.

the picture i used from my photos

Thanks for joining in the community, Nogard!

I'm copying here my answer to you from the email.

We designed YoWindow so that the Sun to be at the highest point in the center in the middle of the day.
A user from Northern hemisphere looks to the South - East is on the left, West is on the right on the screen.
A user in the Southern hemisphere looks at the North - West is on the left, East is on the right.
So in Southern hemisphere we expect the Sun to rise from the right.

is there a little text telling user what to expect with yowindows. ? that could help people understand some functions, like the sun rising differently in other hemishere. i just use the sourthern towns as a means of showing what weather is elsewhere .... if it is -5 somewhere and its 30 here then it isnt so bad here .
