I bought a new RCA tablet on Black Friday, and Google Play tells me that the current version of YoWindow is incompatible with my device. However, I'm able to sideload it and it works just fine that way. The only problem is I don't get updates that way, unless I sideload each update.

Hi! I don't know why Google Play is not working as expected.
Can you ask their support regarding this issue and write back here the result to spread the knowledge?

Well, I just got done chatting with Google, and they weren't much help. They basically said the problem is with the app:

The Google Play Store app will inform you that the app is not compatible. It's not the Play Store app that is not allowing you to download, but the specific app itself isn't allowing. If Play Store app was to be the issue, then you won't be allowed to download any apps.

He didn't offer anything too useful, except for perhaps this:

Also let them know that your screen density is 160 and screen layout is "large".

Ah... I don't think this information is of any help.
YoWindow is added to Play Store with all available devices selected.
That is I didn't put any restriction on the device YoWindow is being run on.

Large display with DPI 160 is definitely a rare case, but I don't understand why it could be a problem.
Thank you for taking the time and connecting to Google and passing me that information.
This is hard for me to find the solution.
I hope some day we will resolve the mystery.

I wonder if you can download and install the Free edition of YoWindow from Play Store?

No, there are others apps I can't download. Not many that I've come across, but some.

Just got a firmware update for my tablet, and now I can download YW from the store!
