if I am not connected to the Internet, the weather condition did not change on live wallpaper even when I have the whole forecast.

Hi,
To have your current weather updates you need to have an internet connection.

I know but i have the full forecast and the weather is already
changing when I swiping my finger in yowindow even when I'm offline, but when it's time for the weather to change it didn't.

Substituting the current conditions for predicted weather is a nice feature.
We would like to add it as soon as we find time for this task.
