My city Orenburg, Russia.
YoWindow - v.4 build 2 (Windows XP)
Few months, the current weather - it rain.
The reason for this - Wrong current weather - from Open Weather Map.

No problem (I think)
In the properties of my city choose current weather from METAR.
Link in METAR for my city Orenbrg is correct http://en.allmetsat.com/metar-taf/europe.php?icao=UWOO

but in YoWindow current weather is not changed.

After changing restart the my YoWindow/
I think, YoWindow not changing source for current weather in Orenburg.
Аpparently with reference to METAP error occurs and Yowindow again take weather from Open Weather Map.
And the rain continues to come every day
