I have informed and weather underground provides free services to current temperature information ... it is true ??

No, unfortunately we would have to pay to use Weather Underground API and to pay a lot.

OpenWeatherMap is free, but highly unreliable, unfortunately.

you can try to do one thing .... as in windows, and put on android openweathermap metar in test mode for people to opine and report on each country where more or where failure is more reliable? you think ?? Here in Spain there are many areas, particularly high mountain which is much more reliable than openweathermap metar, you that idea? or too complicated to do that?
