To answer your question about what is GeonamesID, do the following.

Go to yr.no and enter Lagonegro.
You will be at a search page with a list of locations with Lagonegro in the name.
http://www.yr.no/soek/soek.aspx?sted=lagonegro
Click on the name of the town that you are looking for.
It cannot be an Administrative Division or a Region. Administration Centre is permitted.

At the bottom right, you will see GeonamesID followed by numbers.
This is your GeonamesID.
