this is also Bjerke ( i can see the weather station there on this Horse track so I know its for real
but I can say the direct adress.

Bjerke is a suburb of capitol Oslo / Norway ...

I found 2 locations that are close to the requested latitude and longitude.

Completely clear your internet cache.
Press Ctrl+F5.
